If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product, you may return back to us within 7 days of purchase for a FULL MONEY BACK, minus shipping as per the terms and conditions of the Returns Policy.
Refunds Terms & Conditions:
- A product may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- All products must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original box / packaging as delivered to you
- If the seal of the Healthcare products is opened, it is not eligible for replacement / refund
- We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return and a valid receipt as proof of purchase
- Refund is possible only if the product is returned back to the Company
- If the goods are delivered in the damaged condition to the customer, then the shipping cost for pick-up and replacement will be borne by the company
- The cancellation Policy is not valid if the customer cancels midway after the product is shipped In such a case the Customer will have to return the product on their own cost to claim refund
- If the product needs to be cancelled due to any reason prior the receipt, shipping charges will not be charged if product not shipped at that point of time
