Customer Grievance Redressal Procedure
The Company is committed to extend the best possible services to its Customers / Good Food Advisors. However, if the customer wish to make a complaint on of our product or services, they can follow the below steps.
Step1 – How to register a grievance/complaint?
Mode of Registering grievance/complaint:
If the customer is not satisfied with our products / services and wish to make a complaint, the customer can use the following mode to register their grievance/complaint:
- Login to www.healux.in and register the grievance by using contact us page.
- Email your grievance/complain to email@example.com
- Contact the company through the toll-free no. 1800 425 4200 from 10AM to 6PM on all working days.
- Walk in to any of our office address provided in this website
Acknowledging the grievance/complaint and allotting the registration no:
The company will acknowledge each grievance/complaint by allotting the
grievance/complaint registration no. and the same will be given to the customer. The
customer can refer this said registration number for tracking the status of their
grievance/complaint in future.
The company will inform the customer regarding the possible action taken and time taken for addressing the grievance/complaint depending on the nature of grievance/complaint.
Grievance Redressal Committee:
The company has constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee and all the complaints
will be addressed by this committee. Grievance Redressal Committee of Healux
