Healux 10 Days Replacement Policy
All orders of Healux products are eligible for free replacement, within 10 days of delivery, in
an unlikely event of the item being damaged, defective, or a different item delivered.
In order to help you resolve issues with your product, we may contact you to ascertain the
damage or defect in the product prior to issuing a replacement. If a defect is determined
within 10 days from delivery, you will be directed to keep the item in its original condition,
with outer box or case, original accessories, user manual, warranty cards, and other
accompaniments in product's original packaging for a successful return pick-up and
replacement. However, if the product is used, it will not be covered under the Healux 10
Days Replacement Policy.
If the replacement is required, it will be done within 7 working days from the date of the
intimation has been sent to the Company. If you have received a damaged or defective
product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Whatsapp @
7349622555/or email - customersupport@healux.in with the following details within 10
days of receiving the product.
- Invoice Number
- Item Name
- Photo/Image of the damaged, defective, or a different item delivered
- Nature of Complaint
